Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy: Payments for confirmed room bookings are non-refundable and cancellation will be charged according to the hotels prevailing policy.
• Any amendment/changes of room bookings, to contact the hotel directly and subject to availability.
• 72 hours cancellation from the date of arrival at no charge (1^st night room charge imposed if cancel less than 72 hours).
• Credit Cards for online booking will be charged the full stipulated amount of the reservations inclusive of all taxes and applicable service fees at the time of booking
• Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable as indicated in the booking terms.
• Hotel reserves the right to change and update the contents periodically as and when deem necessary. All information, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
