By confirming a reservation, the first person named on the booking agrees to represent all others in the party, acknowledges the terms, and takes on financial responsibility for the group.

Dynamic Pricing and Currency Conversion

Our rates are presented in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are based on a dynamic pricing model to reflect the best value for each booking period. The rate confirmed at the time of your reservation is locked in and will not change, even if our prices fluctuate afterward.

Occupant Guidelines

The number of guests allowed in each room depends on the room type booked. Should you wish to add extra guests, Grand Darulmakmur Hotel reserves the right to impose additional charge should there be any additional occupant occupying the room. At Grand Darulmakmur Hotel, we want each guest to have ample space and comfort during their stay.

Children are Our Honored Guests

We welcome families, and children under twelve years old stay for free when accompanied by an adult. Don’t forget to bring identification for verification upon arrival.

A full prepayment is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For international guests, please note that any bank charges for currency exchange are your responsibility. We strive to offer a secure and seamless payment process, so you can relax and look forward to your stay with us.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a receipt either by phone number or email for every payment made through our website. Please keep the receipt or any form of confirmation from the booking. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us directly.

Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 P.M.

We’re flexible with early arrivals and late departures, subject to room availability. Early check-in may be arranged by booking an extra night to guarantee your room is ready when you arrive, or we may charge RM 100 for early check-in allowed up to 5 hours prior to our standard check-in time, subject to room availability. To request an early check-in, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Late check-outs up to 6:00 PM incur a 50% room charge, while departures after 6:00 PM require a full additional night’s charge.

Please remember to bring a valid Identification Card or passport for check-in.

Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Changes may incur a small fee of RM100, and any amendment without a new date is considered a cancellation. Standard reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before arrival, while special promotions may have different policies as outlined at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

If for any reason you don’t arrive for your reservation, a 100% charge applies, as we have held the room exclusively for you.

Damage or Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Fees will be assessed based on the cost of cleaning or replacing items as necessary. We ask that all guests respect the premises, as we work hard to maintain the hotel’s ambiance for everyone to enjoy.

Non-Smoking Policy

To ensure a fresh, comfortable environment for all, our facility has a strict Non-Smoking Room Policy. Smoking of any kind including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic devices is not permitted in any guest room. If evidence of smoking is found, a fine of RM500 will apply to cover the costs of deep cleaning. By staying with us, guests agree to this policy, helping us maintain a welcoming, smoke-free atmosphere. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the front desk. Staying Compliant with Local Regulations

Tourism Tax

In accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017, a tourism tax of RM10 per night applies to non-Malaysian guests. This tax helps support the infrastructure that makes Malaysia such a wonderful destination.

Sustainability Fee

In line with Pahang’s local regulations, a RM3.00 sustainability fee per room per night will be added to your bill. This fee helps preserve the natural beauty of our surroundings and ensures that future visitors can enjoy the same experience.
